It's been a long, dragging few months, and just yesterday, I experienced a severe anxiety attack that lasted for three hours. It felt like my world was falling apart. I couldn't catch my breath, my heart was racing, and my body was shaking uncontrollably. What triggered this? It was just a normal Monday until this sudden wave of anxiety hit me. I had to leave my desk and talk to a colleague to try and distract myself. But the palpitations only grew worse, and I found myself telling my close friend that I needed to get out of there.
