Manifestation, What it is and How?

Have you ever heard what is manifestation? Have you done it? Do you know how to do it?

So what is manifestation???

Manifestation is a self-help exercise that refers to focusing your thoughts on the desired outcome, through practices of mindfulness, visualization, and meditation into reality. Essentially, it is about creating the idea of putting all the energy and intention into making that vision a reality by aligning your thoughts, emotions, and action.

Well, you might say that it is about turning your dreams into reality, but still it does require you to take proactive steps toward whatever it is you desire.

Although manifestation can be easy but for some, it is a lot harder. And when you try to Manifesting, you should not be thought of it as a magic formula.

People use their qualities of intelligence, determination, persistence, and self-discipline for success, and like those old people said "success comes only after you work hard".

And now come to the question, How to do it?

1. Be clear about your GOALS!

While everyone approaches manifestation differently, but still it will come to the first basic principle which is - you need to know what exactly you want, and what is you desire. Make it your specific intention. the more clear your goal the better, develop it as a detailed picture of what you really want. It can be a better job or whether is a new partner or a healthy relationship.

Picture it .... Say it... Own it...

2. Write it down.

When you've already pinpointed what is your hopes, dreams, and goals or whatever thing that you need to ask the universe. Write it down, Journal it.. put all of it on paper, and capital bold every word of it.

3. Start working on your goals.

Set aside a bit of your time to think about what step you need to take to reach all your goals, then build it into the routine. Let's say for example you make a career change so you need to start to make a good appealing resume, find new networking with people in your new field that you aim for, and practice for a new job interview. Remember you never get any result without action.

4. Be mindful and thankful.

The next step is to be mindful and thankful for what you receive. while you may not get everything that you envisioned still you should receive and be thankful for what you do get. No matter how big or small it may be. Gratitude is key.

5. Acceptance and Stop limiting yourself.

And yes, you also need to remove any hurdle or limit your own capabilities. Fear and negative talk will come after you absorb all the disappointment and tell yourself that you are not good enough, worthy enough, not smart enough, it's a bad tape that will keep on repeat in the back of your head. So stop it, take a pause and think of all the reasons why you are deserving the best from this life.

All that said, The step you take does not matter as much as you believe so you have to be flexible, trust your actions, and visions,  and TRUST THE PROCESS.

FAITH IS A POWERFUL MOTIVATOR AND GUIDING FORCE.

The universe always gives out signs of achievement on success so keep an eye on it. The only thing stopping your dream is YOU.

SO GET TO WORK!!! YOU HAVE MANIFESTING TO DO!

Finding Strength in Vulnerability: My Journey with Anxiety

Hello there! Can you believe we're already halfway through 2024? Time truly flies. Unfortunately, this year didn't start off on the best note for me. It's been a long, dragging few months, and just yesterday, I experienced a severe anxiety attack that lasted for three hours. It felt like my world was falling apart. I couldn't catch my breath, my heart was racing, and my body was shaking uncontrollably. What triggered this? It was just a normal Monday until this sudden wave of anxiety hit me. I had to leave my desk and talk to a colleague to try and distract myself. But the palpitations only grew worse, and I found myself telling my close friend that I needed to get out of there. As soon as I reached the bench outside, the tears started flowing. I felt more vulnerable than I have in two years. It reminded me of my first anxiety attack, which happened alone, in the middle of the night, leaving me feeling lost and scared. I've always been a worrier, constantly frettin...

Honoring Our Journey of Progress

Hey there, beautiful souls! How's life treating you all? Sending out a shower of blessings your way. Lately, I've been on another     journey of self-discovery and growth. It's incredible how we can be our own worst critics, isn't it? We often find ourselves tangled up in the web of our own expectations, only to end up feeling utterly devastated when we fall short of achieving what we desire. Yews ouch!   Ah, the vicious cycles of life! They have a way of knocking us down, hitting us hard in the gut, and making us question our worth. It's as if we're constantly riding a roller coaster, one moment feeling on top of the world, and the next, crashing down to the depths of despair. Oh, how I know that feeling all too well! But you know what? In the midst of these tumultuous ups and downs, I've learned a valuable lesson. I've come to realize that it's unrealistic to expect myself to be the same person every single day. Life is a constant ebb and flow, and...

Near-death Reflection

Two days ago,  I had an experience that shook me deeply and made me truly appreciate the precious gift of life.  After more than twenty years of driving, I was in a major car accident.  I don't remember much about the incident, other than the airbag exploding in my face.  I was in shock at the time, but perhaps thanks to my previous training as a crew member in an emergency, I was able to cope with the situation. But when I got home, I succumbed to emotions and found myself unable to do anything but cry and cry.  Only then did I realize how lucky I was to be alive, how lucky I am to be able to get home.  The fact that the man whose towing my car said it was a terrible accident and I could lose my life.  The weight of this awareness impressed me so much that I could only hug my mother and keep crying. This experience made me think about how I live my life.  Have I treated others kindly and respectfully?  Have I made a positive impact on those ...
